The scientific name of this plant is commonly associated with good luck, is also called Trifolium Repens. Its first mention was in ancient times, and it's found primarily in Ireland. The first record of it being considered lucky was made by an 11-year-old girl, who wrote in a letter that it brings good luck. To date, there is no concrete evidence proving this.

- In 2018, a 10-year-old girl from the U.S. named Katabor set the world record by finding 166 four-leaf clovers in just one hour. Before this, the record was only 25.
- Similarly, in 2009, a Japanese CEO set a record for finding fixed leaves in one hour, although this was cultivated and not natural.
