It thrives in temperatures between 15 to 20 degrees Celsius, making it suitable for almost any part of India. In one acre, you can plant about 240 passion fruit plants. Each plant's cost ranges from 80 to 150 rupees, and each acre can yield approximately 25 quintals of fruit. This makes passion fruit farming both feasible and profitable.


Nutritionally, 100 grams of passion fruit contains around 22.4 calories, 11.2 grams of carbohydrates, 10.4 grams of sugar, 0.7 grams of fat, 2.2 grams of protein, and various vitamins.
